Partnership with SAN-J

ORYZAE Co., Ltd. (Meguro-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yasuhide Koizumi) has entered into a business partnership with SAN-J International Inc. (Henrico, Virginia, USA, President: Takashi Sato), a company specializing in the production and sale of gluten-free tamari soy sauce in the United States. With this partnership, ORYZAE will officially begin expanding its rice koji fermented sweeteners in the US market.
SAN-J, a pioneer in introducing tamari soy sauce to the North American market since the 1970s, holds a dominant share in the US natural food market. Through this collaboration, we aim to promote Japanese fermentation culture while expanding the reach of ORYZAE sweeteners across the US.
